I'm contacting you to voice my support for re-investigating the case of Stonechild Chiefstick who was killed by Poulsbo Police in July of 2019.
I believe the Kitsap Critical Incident Response Team did not comply with I940/HB1064 in that they did not perform an independent investigation.

Furthermore, in this case, KCIRT neglected to perform an adequate investigation into the suspect of a homicide.
